New Homes - The Overview
Buyers have been choosing new homes in increasing numbers because
they wish to avoid the inefficiencies, lackluster styles and the
potential headaches of the older homes and enjoy any multitude
of modern conveniences which are found in the new homes, including:
two-story entryways, 9 foot and 10 foot ceilings, heavy traditional
moldings, hardwood flooring, granite or marble kitchens and baths,
top-of-the-line appliances, wood or slate roofs, two or more fireplaces,
shingle or clapboard siding, central air-conditioning and vacuum
systems, professional landscaping and irrigation systems. In addition
to the aforementioned features, many new homes also feature: swimming
pools with spas, wine cellars, home theaters, tennis and sport
courts, gyms, putting greens, horse stables and extra multi-car
garages.
